The right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

During this time you can do that with the product that is reasonably necessary to assess the product. It is allowed to try the product out as you would in a physical store would. Additionally, you can withdraw the product from the package unless the package contains a seal. Have you done more than was necessary to try the product, we can charge you for that charge.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, has received the product in possession.

If you have ordered in one order more goods with different delivery times, the withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the day you received the final product or component.

The moment you have with us a steady supply of products are agreed, the withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the day you or a third party designated by you, will get the first product physical possession.

In order to benefit from your cancellation right use request you to send us an e-mail send via [email protected]. Within 14 days after sending the email, you must send the products back

We ask you to return the product as much as possible in their original packaging.

Repayment

After you have exercised your right of withdrawal, receive all payments, including any delivery charges for the next shipment, within fourteen days. We will pay you back with the same currency with which you paid it, unless you have another method with us are dating.

You bear the costs for the return shipment. We estimate that this cost will be € 7,25.

Exclusion of withdrawal right

The right of withdrawal is excluded for:

    Products that are made to your specification, such as products made specifically for the customer's printed or engraved.
